LIBERAL COURSES: ART TERAPY

The liberal courses, organized by L.A.B.A. ONLY FOR EUROPEAN STUDENTS, are offered in three months or yearly (November-May) periods.
The courses are available in flexible hours; morning, afternoon and evening. All of them are conducted by qualified and professional professors.
At the end of each course, will be issued a certificate released by L.A.B.A. (Libera Accademia di Belle Arti legally recognized by ministerial decree ( D.M.) 27.04.2000).

The workshop offers the opportunity to explore different artistic materials and art techniques, such as painting, collage, assembling recycled materials, etc. these become tools for self-expression of one's emotions and experience, while the workshop becomes a place in which the creative process assist in developing the consciousness and communication with our selves and with others, as the academic year progress.

The workshop group is invited to create artistic images and objects, in a non-judgmental environment- both technical and aesthetical, in a liberal and protected space that encourage the creative potential in each and one and provides a climate of listening, sharing and acceptance.

The art therapeutic' intervention is aimed to support and facilitate the personal expression along with sharing and communication inside the group, searching to encourage the personal growth and the consolidation of faith in one's self and one's creative capacity.

THE OBJECTIVES
- Develop expressive and symbolic ability to address the attribution of self expressive forms, elaboration and consciousness of one's emotions as a reinforcement of the personal identity.
- Widening and consolidation one's personal style. Experiment and comprehend our expressive forms and the relationship we have with ourselves and with others.
- Promoting a culture that respects individual diversity and encourage the personal creative potential.
- Acquire operative instruments, that assists to conduct expressive workshop in the social-educational camp.
